Shopify Integration

Connect Shopify to feed Row5 with customers, orders, and catalog data. Setup takes ~30 minutes.

Setup Steps

  1. Open Row5 Integrations: In Row5, go to Integrations → Shopify.
  2. Authenticate with Shopify: Click Connect and approve the app from your Shopify admin.
  3. Select Store: Choose the Shopify store to connect and confirm scopes (read‑only).
  4. Sync Historical Data: Import customers, orders, and catalog for the past 12–24 months.
  5. Connect Klaviyo: From Integrations, connect Klaviyo to enable campaign handoff.
  6. Review First Drafts: Row5 will propose initial segments and campaign drafts to review.

Permissions

Read‑only access to customers, orders, products, and events. No write access.
